Since it’s a Thai brand, we use wheat flour noodles so that it has a thicker texture.
The broth is a classic kimchi flavored broth with a mild spicy kick (2 chilis). We can taste the hot and sour notes in the broth which is further enhanced by the kimchi.
How to cook
- Take the cup outside and separate it.
- Remove the clear plastic bag that covers the heating pack.
- Place the heating pack on the bottom of the outer cup and pour the room-temperature water to the water level of the outer cup.
- Unpack the noodles, seasoning bag, and vegetables. Put them in a small cup, Pour the water into cup until it covers the noodles.
- Place the small cup on the outer cup. Close the lid.
- Wait 5-10 minutes.
